JUMPIN' FOR A CAUSE • CONTEST RULES

This contest is conducted under Lottery License

HOW TO ENTER:

The contest starts on August 24, 2007 and ends on September 15, 2007 (the “Contest Period”). Visit any Bay or Zellers store in Prince Edward Island or Nova Scotia during the Contest Period and complete one or more official entries for the fee of $1 each, while supplies last. Each entry must contain complete information including your full name, complete address (including postal code), and telephone number (including area code). Enter as often as you wish.

The CTV Christmas Daddies Telethon is the sole benefactor of all entry proceeds.

This contest is sponsored by Hudson's Bay Company.

PRIZES:

Grand Prize - $5,000 in Hbc Gift Cards.

Second Prize – Golf Getaway PEI (1 night at Stanley Bridge Resort & green fees for two at Eagle Glenn Golf Course, Cavendish, PEI.

Third Prize - Hbc blanket (queen size).

Each prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable or convertible to cash. Hudson's Bay Company reserves the right to substitute any prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the prize is unavailable.

POTENTIALWINNERS DETERMINED:

On September 21, 2007, a random draw will take place. The odds of being selected to win a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Each selected entrant must sign a declaration/release acceptable to Hudson's Bay Company. If a selected entrant is under the age of majority, the declaration/release must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian on his/her behalf. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within two business days following the draw or does not sign and return the declaration/release, Hudson's Bay Company may disqualify that entrant and randomly draw another entry.

PRIZE DETERMINATION:

Each selected entrant will be randomly assigned one of the three prizes available to be won in this contest as follows: (i) each selected entrant will be assigned a specially marked golf ball that will be given to one of three members of the 14 Wing Greenwood Search and Rescue Personnel; (ii) each member of the 14 Wing Greenwood Search and Rescue Personnel will skydive onto the Greenwood Military Golf Course and will be required to sink his/her golf ball into a predetermined hole on the course; (iii) the first prize will be awarded to the selected entrant whose assigned golf ball is first sunk by the 14 Wing Greenwood Search and Rescue Personnel member in the predetermined hole; the second prize will be awarded to the selected entrant whose assigned golf ball is sunk second in the predetermined hole, and the third prize will be awarded to the selected entrant whose assigned golf ball is sunk third in the predetermined hole.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:

On or before September 28, 2007 the television broadcast of CTV 's Live at 5 will announce the Grand prize winner, 2 prize winner and 3 prize winner.

OTHER RULES:

The decisions of Hudson's Bay Company will be final and binding on all entrants.

All entries which are incomplete, improperly completed, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been obtained or submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Hudson's Bay Company.

Hudson's Bay Company shall not bear any liability for:

any typographical or other production or distribution errors

contest entries which are disqualified by HBC

contest entries which are lost, stolen, delayed or destroyed

the loss, theft or misuse of a prize or any part of a prize

any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this contest or the prize or any part of the prize

Personal information provided by the entrant will be used to administer the contest, and will not be used for any other reason. However, by entering, each winner grants Hudson's Bay Company the right to use the winner's name and/or likeness, without further compensation or notice, in any advertising or publicity. Hudson's Bay Company reserves the right to substitute any prize or any part of any prize with one of equal or greater value, without notice.

Hudson's Bay Company may withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of this contest at any time in the event of production, printing, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other unanticipated problems or irregularities or mistakes of any nature whatsoever not directly caused by Hudson's Bay Company which, in the opinion of Hudson's Bay Company affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, or the odds of winning.
